Mobile Data Terminal Features

- 7" TFT / VGA Display with Touch Screen is provided with our ARM9 offering.

- MDT has inbuilt GPS / GPRS capability with sufficient sensors to monitor the speed, direction, location and mileage.

- Enabled GPRS services can be deployed on the Patrol vehicles which will have GPRS as a communication channel with the central database. Can also allow the Patrol vehicle staff to login and make them self available.

- The MDT has capability to receive the entire ticket details entered by the control room agent / operator with touch screen based to accept/acknowledge the ticket.

- MDT can confirm arrival at incident location. Text and Voice call enabled for requesting for additional force if required with call back facility to the control room.

- Tracking unit can automatically enter sleep mode when the primary source fails. The LCD back light turns off automatically and the device can remain active for upto 6 Hours. An external SMF battery can provide communication with the server every 2 Minutes.

- LED indicators which can show status of GSM, GPS and Power.

- Internal backup memory to store 5000 logs in case GSM network of data connection is not available.

- Device is capable of sending both the Network Operator name and the Cell ID (of Tower) to the server.

- The MDT has the capability to receive the GIS / GPS date indicating the location of distress call and the location of the mobile data terminal on the transfer of details from dispatcher console and overlay on map.

- Size of the image that will be received at the MDT will be 4 Kb for a single jpg frame and the communication of data transfer will be via GPRS.
