It offers extensive configuration options with facility to send emails/sms in case of breakdowns or exceptions.

DevicePoint enables constant monitoring on the health and status of the peripherals installed in the kiosk. The software performs regular checks of the entire kiosk and provides detailed device status. Any failure or fault in the component is forwarded in real time as a part of the daily status log update. It sends automated email/sms alerts for rapid response to the Network Management Center or the administrative personnel.
