Description
- Makes significant contributions to product development
and innovation
- Works with little or no supervision. Is able to take
general direction and formulate specific tasks to accomplish
the desired end result
- Works as technical lead for a small product development
team
- Responsible for design, development and implementation
of complete product modules or software components
- Anticipates problems and future technical needs and
takes necessary corrective steps to ensure they are
addressed
- Is looked upon to offer direction, guidance and
mentoring to lesser skilled individuals on the team
- Designs, develops and maintains high-quality code for
highly complex components
- Has the ability to work on and prioritize multiple tasks
or assignments
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experienced in design and development of software
products and their modules
- Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of VC, VB,
.NET, ASP, Silverlight, WPF
- Experienced in system programming, multi-threading and
inter-process communication
- Excellent in Data Structures and Algorithms
- Excellent written and oral communications
